Feel yourself seated upon the Earth Mother, upon her body … breathing with the Earth, feeling your connection, grounding your energy and breathing. Drawing the energy of the Earth up through your root center at the base of your spine with your intention. Drawing up the nourishment of the Earth into your energetic centers, the Wheels of Light that spin throughout your body. Drawing in the Light of the Earth, the nourishment and the Love of the Earth Mother. Feeding yourself … nourishing yourself, drinking it in. Invite your cells to receive the nourishment. As the Light streams from the Heart of the Divine, of Godhead, it begins to expand outward moving through your body from the center outward. Feel it moving through you until it is surrounding your entire body and energetic field. In the Light of the Divine, of God, of Source Creation, the Light is holding you and protecting you. It is anchoring you. Feel the three-point connection between the Earth, your Soul Light and the Heavens … feeling it within your own body, your own Being.
